Get Ready To Party!
for about a year, Ryan lived with me and Masha. We moved from Chelsea - subletted the place and moved to 111 Greenpoint Avenue. We lived there for about a year. Ryan moved into the spare room. We liked Greenpoint sooo much that after a year, Masha sold her Chelsea apartment and bought the place on 38 Russell Street - Greenpoint Brooklyn 2005. Ryan moved with us.

Stalkers in our new Studio!
2005 brought us many joys. We got a full 24 hour studio on Metropolitan and Lorimer. and we got Ryan Cohn on Guitar! we had a bunch of songs and were tearing shit up on the NY Rock scene. We were unstoppable.
This was on the corner of Grand and Havemeyer. not sure what that place is. They have weird shit in the window.
